KeepnAI

AI-powered patient support for reduced side effects and better adherence

Bridging the gap between doctors' and caregivers' recommendations and daily patient reality - through personalized nutrition, medication timing, and proactive care.

Our mission

Treatments fail when daily life gets in the way

KeepnAI was born watching patients walk away from treatments that were working - because nausea, fatigue, weight loss, and appetite changes had become unbearable and unaddressed.

The advice they received was sound but abstract: eat more protein, stay hydrated, avoid certain foods. Nobody translated it into what to cook tonight, when to take the pill relative to that meal, or what to do when the nausea returns at 3 a.m.

We built the companion that closes that gap - clinical in its rigor, human in how it shows up every day.

The core barrier

Side effects are the leading reason patients stop treatment

They are also the most modifiable - if someone is watching, day by day, and intervening before the patient decides to quit.

30-50%

of patients fail to adhere to therapies

#1

reason for non-adherence: unmanaged side effects

~$600B

lost annually worldwide to non-adherence

~15%

of cases can be salvaged by nutrition, FDI prevention & dose timing

Targeted nutrition management, food-drug interaction prevention, and optimized dose timing - the three levers KeepnAI operates on daily.

One platform across the whole treatment day

Capabilities that keep patients supported 24/7 - and keep their care team informed.

Interactive Avatar Companion

A friendly companion that shows up at the right times, asks the right questions, and turns answers into guidance patients can act on daily.

  • Daily structured check-ins on symptoms, appetite, mood, nutrition, and medication
  • Warm conversation instead of clinical forms
  • Real-time guidance escalated to the care team when needed

Clinical focus

Where drop-off is highest - and salvageable

We focus where side effects drive early discontinuation, and where nutrition, treatment timing and supportive care can change the outcome.

Oncology

Hormonal breast cancer therapy

Long-course hormonal treatments work - until unmanaged side effects make daily life untenable. Roughly half of patients on these regimens discontinue because of that burden.

KeepnAI translates clinical nutrition targets into day-to-day meals, timing, and check-ins that help patients stay the course.

~8.2M patients worldwide · ~50% drop due to side effects

Metabolic

GLP-1 receptor agonists

Peak discontinuation happens during dose titration. KeepnAI supports patients through that window - when gastrointestinal side effects and lean-mass loss drive the highest drop-off.

Protein-forward meal planning, portion and hydration guidance, and dose timing aligned with meals keep patients on therapy long enough to benefit.

~30M patients worldwide · ~20% drop due to GI side effects
